Small Grant Final Report Forms (.pdf) for 2008-09 Small Grant Winners are available for download HERE.


All Small Grant winners are required to complete a Final Report and submit financial information regarding their Small Grant project.  Final Reports and all receipts must be postmarked to our office by Monday, June 8th, 2009. 

Additionally, please don't forget to submit your Small Grant lesson plan to CFE's Lesson Plan Database BY MONDAY, JUNE 8TH, 2009!


Failure to return a Final Report with receipts will impact your ability to receive future CFE grants.
